1. Before the delivery of goods, RMB30/ ticket for changing the address (it cannot be 100% guaranteed that the address can be changed). The change of address in the transfer center or delivery shall be charged according to the actual quantity of goods, which shall be reimbursed in full
2. Service charges such as customs prepayment, freight collect and payment for goods on behalf of others shall be 3% of the amount with a minimum charge of RMB50/ invoice
3. Insurance services: the insurance premium shall be 3% of the insured amount, with a minimum of RMB30/ invoice;Individual consultation for high-value products (5% for electronic products, 80% for loss compensation not exceeding the value, such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
4. If there is a large quantity of goods, please inform us in advance. The normal transit warehouse will be free for 3 days, and the storage fee will be calculated according to RMB30/ day /CBM (bulk goods) or RMB5/ piece/day (small goods)!
5. The following addresses cannot be delivered: Jurong Island, Jurong Port, barracks, airport, student housing, hospital, prison, Off-shore Islands, Tuas Link, etc
